2:54 pm. What is there to say about subways? Going along the same track, it can last for hours. I am standing dead center of the train an I can see fair through the next ones. Sometimes I wonder if a gun was shot, how far would the bullet travel? Could it reach from the first car to the last? Would it hit someone in the middle or just continue flying along, ready to burst and release it’s poison. Whose family would be called? Would the MTA compensate the family and apologize over and over and tell them how sorry they are that such a thing happened? Can it be prevented or will their lack of security always stand?
There is a woman sitting next to me, is she thinking the same thing?
I have plans about the subway, contrary to your beliefs. One day I’d like to get off at every single stop on the A train and see where it leads me. Id set myself 1/2 an hour to explore. Who would I meet? Maybe the man who will shoot the gun.
